1. Executive Coaching (On-Site or Virtual)

Experienced and effective Executive (Leadership) Coaching, assisting Government Agencies drive their FEVS Action Plan with year-over-year improvement in FEVS scores.
Experienced and effective Executive (Leadership) Coaching helping private enterprise uncover and implement the actions required to improve organizational effectiveness, customer and employee retention and profitability.

2. Management and Supervision Effective Leadership

The Management and Supervision Effective Leadership course is offered for executive level management, middle managers, or staff managers and supervisors. No matter what level of management the participant is, he or she will learn the necessary information and tools needed to improve communication and productivity in their organization. The program promotes the development of strong leaders for all types of organizations.

The topics in Management and Supervision are specific and targeted. The beginning of the course covers fundamental topics such as what is DiSC and the four dimensions of behavior. As the course progresses, topics shift to how personalities affect behavior, style flexing, and how the knowledge of employees’ behaviors will assist in everyday management of work production. This course has been embraced by Government Agencies, as a highly effective instrument for work teams and for improving year over year FEVS scores.

3. We the People

We the People course is designed for support staff level people working in Education, Government and Private Industry. Participants will understand who they are and how their personalities affect the way they work and interact with peers and subordinates. The program is designed to be interactive with the end goal that employees will have more productive relationships. Participants are better prepared to lead/participate in a more collaborative work environment.

4. Journey of Significance

A Journey of Significance course is designed for scholar students, but may be presented to college level students involved in sports and other school related activities Participants take a journey inward in self-discovery, outward in people skills and onward in managing stress. They learn about their unique gifts and strengths, how to identify who others are, and how an understanding of both will strengthen relationships through an understanding, appreciation and acceptance of human beings.

5. Journey to the Good Life

A Journey to the Good Life course is designed designed for at-risk youth to help them understand their personalities and their unique gifts in order to reach their highest potential. Similar to the Journey of Significance the participants take a journey inward of self-discovery. They learn to appreciate themselves for who they are leading to an increase in self-esteem. The Journey Outward addresses people skills. Participants will develop respect for others and gain an understanding of others while learning how to communicate better. The Journey Onward concentrates on the process of finding the right job. Participants learn how to use their strengths and gifts in order to find a job that is behaviorally compatible and the understanding of what “stretches” are needed to be more productive in their current jobs.

6. Excellence in Education

Excellence in Education is a Leadership course for teachers and school administrators who want to create the optimal student centered learning environment. The program is designed to assist teachers in their understanding of student behavior/learning styles. Participants will learn how to modify curriculum to meet the needs of each child based on behavior styles and improve communication with their students. Participants will also gain an understanding of how stress affects everyone differently based on their individual styles and the remedies for dealing with that stress.

7. Journey of Wonder

The Journey of Wonder course is designed for children in elementary school, grades 4 through 7. Young learners participating in the Journey of Wonder will learn about the four basic personality types and what their own behavioral styles are. They will also discover what unique strengths and gifts they possess and celebrate them. Development of a positive self-esteem is crucial during the formative and adolescent years and participants in this journey of self-discovery will realize the joy of being themselves. While gaining an understanding that everyone is unique the young participant can experience the joy that comes with accepting and appreciating the differences of others.
